I won England's Strongest Man u80kg in 2019. Not the open weight class where the giants roam — the under 80kg division, where you have to be strong AND smart about it.

I came back to compete again in 2024 because the sport never leaves you.

Outside the gym, I run Clear Workspace — London's go-to for office clearance, commercial removals, and furniture recycling. I also founded The Chair Exchange, a social enterprise that takes surplus corporate furniture and turns the proceeds into charitable donations. Over £548,000 generated for charity so far.

This site exists because people kept asking me what I take, what I use, and how I train. So instead of answering the same DMs, I built this. Everything recommended here is something I either use myself or have thoroughly researched. I earn affiliate commissions on some products — that's how this site funds itself — but I will never recommend something I wouldn't use.
